I was very excited to get this because it's a wireless camera that works on your wireless Internet But there are a few problems number one light is not bright enough you need to be able to adjust the brightness of the light which on this device you cannot number two cleaning it is a bitch it came to me dirty with dust on it and a clouded lens and I cannot clean it it doesn't really make it perfectly clear if you can run this under the water and soap it up and then rinse it off which would work great which is how I clean my other device it seems like they did not seal the end of this one so you cannot clean it that way they recommend that you use Q-tips soaked in a soapy water solution which is stupid because of the Q-tip and Q-tips leave residue so they need to seal the end of this so that you can clean it with ease another problem I have is the battery life is not over an hour long try about 25 to 30 minutes which that's fine it's high definition and it looks a lot better than my other device that I have and you can plug it in and charge it while using it so that's good and the last problem it seems like the end is bending even though I'm trying to be gentle with it my other device does not have this problem it's obviously using a very strong type metal steel or something tube with a sealed camera and it does not bend through use the tip seems like it is bending again great idea but you need to fix a couple of problems

I really like this camera. I have shown people the insides of their ears and they go WOW!! One lady had a bloody eardrum, another man had an infected cochlear implant. These people realized the urgency of going to their EENT!

App would not pair to my phone or iPad making it an overpriced flashlight. Battery became really hot after charging for just a few minutes. Turns out you use the wireless not the Bluetooth settings to pair this product. Image is clear.

Product wouldn’t charge. I was able to use a minute at a time until it finally broke. Piece of trash now.

Bought this for my husband who obsesses about ear cleaning. He says the camera is clear and it’s relatively easy to set up and maneuver. If you have waxy ears however the lens will get blurry but that’s normal I guess.

This works well, but 2 drawbacks are the battery doesn't last long, and the plastic smells funny.

I got it for my husband who has ear wax problems. He hasn't bothered to use it since it required a bit of effort. Therefore, I cannot give an accurate evaluation.

Best thing I’ve ever bought. I use to have to do the peroxide and use a bulb syringe to get the wax out. This works great!
