- OPTIMAL ERGONOMICS. Utilising the Loota Percussion pedal enables you to take-up a traditional drumming position when playing the Loota drumset. Designed to offer taller musicians a seated position, which is more comfortable than hunching over a Cajon drum. It also frees your hands to drum on the snare and the other side of the Loota bass drum box.
- MADE FOR PROFESSIONAL MUSICIANS. The linkage system of the Loota pedal will be familiar to pro Drummers & percussionists. The beater head has a large flat surface, which swivels to ensure full contact with the bass drum box producing a full, rounded sound.
- LOOTA PERCUSSION, DESIGNED BY A PROFESSIONAL MUSICIAN. Mika Lilja is a professional musician. He is also a tall guy. Having played a Cajon during a live show, Mika decided there must be a way to get that soft drum sound but in a more comfortable position. This led him to invent the Loota Percussion drumset for musicians to use both on the road and in the studio.

LOOTA = Box in Finnish. The Loota Percussion drumset was invented by professional musician Mika Lilja in 2011. Mika has been playing the drums professionally for over twenty years, playing in many famous Finnish bands e.g. Feud Marx Engels & Jung, Kirka, Kari Tapio, Anna Eriksson, Yölintu, Varjokuva and Mamba. Every Loota drumset is designed in Finland and built from 100% Finnish birch wood. The Loota Percussion Pedal is made in Finland from stainless steel.
