Still had to have it altered, but we bought it to fit the upper body and this was all expected. The person that altered it said it was a very well made item. Had to put in boning on the side to help with stability and hooks in the back for the insert to lay flat much easier. Got exactly what we thought it would be like. No disappointments and extremely happy with the dress.

This dress is true to the picture! I ordered the Ocean color, which has the teal color with the lavender color cloth over top it. It also came with optional straps and a lavender colored scarf/shawl that is equally nice. The dress is really poofy at the bottom! I didn't even have a petticoat on and the fluff of the dress is enough by itself without one. It was shipped and arrived in less than three days of the order being placed! Wonderful seller and beautiful dress. I will definitely do business with again!
