I was looking for something to serve for dessert at book club. Made a search for Australian cookies (Mad Mabel was the book - set in Australia). I came across Tim Tams. Oh my gosh! They are great. A bit pricey but really worth it for my gathering.

My cookies were freshly delivered in a neat paper bag! As a first timer buying these cookies! I was not disappointed!

Check the best before date for freshness
I received my package of Tim Tam cookies today. There was a sticker over top of the expiration date that said best by March 2026. It took me a little time to remove the sticker and underneath the sticker the best by date on the actual package said January 2026. They are still good but why the sticker over top of the actual date? Just beware. I have seen other reviews where they received the cookies and they are already expired. I did t think to take a picture of the sticker but you can see the glue on the photo I have posted. If you order just be sure to check the date when they arrive

Sickly aftertaste
They taste fine, though they leave a slight sickly aftertaste. That might just be me since I'm not feeling well. Overall, theyโre pretty good. Now that I know what the original taste like I can try different flavors.
