These compression socks are a needed item for chronically ill or active, working, long standing adults or someone who is striving to be both! I want to point out early since many of us skim reviews, that these are not too tight, I know often you get compression socks just to find after only an hour or two you wanting nothing more then to peel them off as fast as possible, instead these offer a good amount of support, comfort & help with circulation without that strangling feeling. To be honest these socks are phenomenal, I wear them all day, every day from the moment I wake up to the moment I get in bed. I am usually shoeless, I only wear shoes, maybe 10% of the time but rarely barefoot. On average, I wear these socks for around 10-18 hours, only removing for naps/bedtime. They are worn both on hardwood & carpet so it gets alot of friction & they hold up great. The last time I bought a pack of these was Oct 2024, I am finally back to put in another order!!! These were of phenomenal quality the last time I purchased them and I hope the next ones will be too, (I should have bought a couple packs last time just because then I could have more in rotation) As someone with several chronic illnesses, with many pain issues along side constant blood pooling in my feet, poor circulation and issues like POTs I can honestly say, I love these socks. They help give me energy, they help with the pain both skin pain because my skin is very sensitive and light touch can be unbearable so the knee high coverage helps cover a good area.As well as deep muscle pain being reduced with the compression. It keeps the blood moving which is very important for someone with POTs. I would recommend the solid color ones if you have issues like me, I find the ones with the stitched in/loomed in designs leave indentations on my leg and although they still work great they are quite painful and itch like crazy in the area they are pressing on especially when I take them off, I also find those ones shrink just a tad smaller then the solid color ones. Plus a couple packs od the same solid color makes finding a matching pair a breeze & makes sure you can always find a pair no matter where in your laundry cycle they are since you just need to find two socks since they are all the same.

The socks look great. They're very tight and a bit difficult to get on but once on they are fine. I liked the multicolors and patterns. I wear a size 11 1/2 shoe and the socks sole is slightly short.

Love them already I wear a women 9 and a small-medium fits great. I am a driver so my legs and ankles swell from sitting all day, slept in these over night and my ankles were back to normal when I woke up.

I purchased three 8-packs of CHARMKING Compression Socks to combat edema in my feet and ankles. I didn't want them to look like the ones you get to take with you at hospital discharge, so I bought all the colorful goofy patterns, as I already have both black and flesh color compression socks and when wearing shorts grew tired of strangers asking me if I have congestive heart failure. I am not by any standard a large man and my daughters would describe my legs as stolen from a chicken. The first pair of CHARMKING Compression Socks, size Large/Xtra large were an effort to get on. Then I had an epiphany; run a clenched fist from the top of the socks all the way to the toe. Then pull each sock over a wide diameter rolling pin. No compression was lost and they then went on with some effort, but nothing like I experienced before stretching them a bit. My first outing wearing the CHARMKING Compression Socks with shorts, strangers still came up to me, but the comments were all about the "cool socks." The only negative is that one of the 8 packs I received was different from what I had ordered. I like them just as well as the ordered set, maybe more, but if you order the CHARMKING Compression Socks, make sure you take a note of the pattern you ordered. 8/19 Yesterday, the third 8-pack arrived. As I noted above, it's imperative that you make a note of the designated number pattern package and its contents that you ordered. The package that arrived yesterday had eight pair of individually wrapped compression socks all patterned, but with a black background, not what I had ordered. Hopefully, when I return that package, Amazon will send me what I ordered. 8/23 Okay, on to a very patterned pair of these compression socks. Why can't I get them on and why do my toes keep snagging on threads inside? Inside out, I see that the patterned socks have not been trimmed at all. Any little uneven spot on a toe nail gets snagged. They really look great from the outside, but what can I do about the internal mess that keeps me from putting them on. I have both Oster and Wahl professional hair clippers, even one designated as a pet trimmer. I turn the patterned CHARMKING Compression Socks inside out and, individually, pull them on, one at a time over a thick rolling pin, and using the Oster pet trimmer shave the feet of the socks. It's mess, but it works and I can wear them. I was hoping that they wouldn't fall apart after "grooming" them and so far, so good. I'm an old guy with plain old boring toe nails. My solution worked for me. For someone with long pedicured decorated nails, I don't know if my solution would work, but once the socks are on, they definitely will generate conversation. Another edit/addition: 9/18/2024 I purchased 32 pair, so I only have to wash these compression socks once a month, and wear each pair 12 times per year. I'm finding that they do vary significantly in size and how snug they fit. Today's polka dot pair were almost impossible to get on, between how tight they are and the unfinished threads inside that get caught on my tootsies. I admit that it's annoying, but I would buy them again just for the novelty value and conversation starter, they certainly are.

my Mom needed some new compression socks to wear on our trip to NJ for my Brother's memorial tree planting, so I got her these. great value! 8 pairs, different colors so she can color coordinate. We rode the Amtrak from D.C. to NJ and back in one day and she said these felt great the whole time. Her feet didn't get tired or swell up while sitting for the couple hours we were on the train or the 3 hours we were at the Memorial service. When she took them off that night she had the sock pattern on her calves, but they were fine, not too tight. So when my Aunt was having blood trouble and went to the hospital when her pressure was low. So my Mom asked me to send her another pack for my Aunt. Now my Aunt is out of the hospital and wears these everyday. So far so good.... nice warm, but not hot, breathable for summer, especially the lighter colors.

Si son medias de compresión, pero creo que la talla que manejan no es adecuada, porque a pesar de que estoy consciente de que comprimen, era demasiado. Great for travel. I wore these almost daily for 5 months of international travel. They were great, including when I injured my ankle - didn’t need a brace because the socks did the job! They’re synthetic material, so they get smelly, but they wash in the machine.
