Bought the kiln dried version. Positives are these are definitely good quality hard wood. They burn for a long time. But you will struggle to light them unless you have a good fire going - this is not a negative of the product it just means you need to know what you’re doing. Small negatives are these are delivered in boxes and you don’t get much in them. But better quality than any other wood I’ve bought off amazon.

Pros :-1) Quite alot of wood received for the price.2) Burns for a long time and released a lot of heatCons:-1) Some of the pieces of wood took a really long time to get going and released alot of smoke during this process, so I think there was probably residual moisture in there

The logs don’t produce flames and just smoulder. Had to keep building little fires underneath them oBy the end of the evening half the log was still there and the fire was dead.

These burn really well and allow others that won't burn to burn. Excellent

These logs arrive neatly stacked in a net bag.They are clean and chopped into reasonable sized logs, which is handy for starting fires, or popping one more log on before bed time.However I first thought these would be Olive Wood.I was wrong, m that is just the name of the company.The logs are then just described as hardwood, which is fine, as hardwood burns longer and hotter than softwood.HoweverI like to know exactly what I am burning, preferring Ash.The logs burn well, but I struggle to see a unique advantage that these logs would give.So, to sum up.Not Olive WoodA general description of hardwoodSmall sized logs for starting or extending a fireBurn well

These kiln dried hardwood logs burned well, and without smokiness. We did store them for a few weeks before using, as they arrived in mid-Summer, so they were good and dry before being used. These are a hardwood mix, that burn well - relatively slowly and evenly, and creating a lot of heat without leaving any soot marks on the front glazing of the log burner.We prefer kiln dried over seasoned wood logs for their lower level of smokiness, lower moisture levels, higher heat output, and because we've sometimes found active woodworm in seasoned wood (not, I hasten to add, from this brand), but this is not a problem with logs that have been heated.Considering the price point of just under £8 includes delivery, these don't seem a bad buy for a good-sized bag of kiln dried logs at all.

Alot smaller quantity than expected. Little more than you would get in a £5.00 bag from service stations or supermarkets. Pretty disappointed.
