Lots of filters for the price each one last about 3 weeks. Can rinse them well with hot water and use another weeks or so if needed. Wash them well with cold water to flush the loose charcoal media out before using.

Perfect size

I bought these for my cat's drinking fountain and they work just fine. The price value is good compared to other products similar to this. I have not found anything wrong with these filters - they fit well in the machine and it is very easy to use. I don't "clean" them but toss the old one out and use a new one each month. (I bought a years worth). The water stays fresh and these catch most of anything you would not want in your cat's water. I'd say, if you need filters for your cat fountain, try these!

Work great

These are excellent filters for trapping cat hair, small pieces of kibble, and other particles, and so avoiding gumming up the pump in my Drinkwell fountain. I have no idea how well the carbon filter performs, and there's no way of telling what it is trapping or when it is exhausted, but this does not seem to me to be a valuable feature in any case. Incidentally, I am amazed that Amazon suggests I rate these by noise level - what criteria should I apply? Essentially they are totally silent, so I am looking forward to reading a 1-star review about someone's sleep being interrupted by filter sounds...

These actually fit a little tighter than the expensive filters, which is nice. And a bargain price!

This water filter worked pretty well for my pet’s fountain. It fits easily into the Drinkwell system and keeps water clean by removing odor and chlorine, so my dog drinks much better. The pack of 12 lasts for many weeks before I need to replace them. The only thing I didn’t like is one started to leak a little charcoal dust at the end of its use — it didn’t really mess anything up, but it was kinda annoying to clean. Still, they do the job and my pet has fresh water everytime.

My fur babies deserve clear clean water and these filters fit perfectly in our water dish. I have purchased them multiple times
