Brown Bag Irish Lace

I love making shortbread for holidays. The pattern on the mold was not distinct on finished prodt diduct. I loved the design but was unhappy that it did not show on cookie.

This arrived so fast and well packaged. Plus it’s beautiful (shamrocks) and looks perfect. Design is clean and well-defined. Even nicer than described.

Always enjoy making the shortbread from these molds. I prefer the designs to be a bit deeper so they show more dramatic as I give them as gifts, but the quality of the product is top notch. I have three different designs and looking at the Irish knot next. My great grandchildren can even help pressing into the molds and love the pretty designs when we turn them over.

This is a really good quality baking dish. The pattern is easily visible on the shortbread. I like the shortbread recipe that comes with the baking dish. I bought one for myself and one as a gift for someone.

Great product, works best when coated with baking spray and chilled in the frig BEFORE you add the dough. Pat the dough firmly in place and then chill it again so the butter adheres to the pattern. Be sure and slice shortbread within 10 minutes of coming out of the oven when it is still warm and pliable.I purchased this from an old favorite, Sturbridge Yankee Workshop. They shipped it immediately and packed it to perfection.

Perfect shortbread mold. Tested it out and can't wait to bake some more for St. Patty's Day. For those who are new to pottery-type shortbread molds, here's a hint. Rinse alone in hot water to clean. Never, ever use soap. Your shortbread will plop right out of the mold complete with a perfect design.

Designs come out really great!

This is a great item if you like plain shortbread but I put an iicing on mine andIt obscures the design that I bought it for.
