I went to the company website and saw where they use this in a fogger to clean schools and day care, I don't know how it is has no harsh smells or fumes but can kill practically anything you don't want living in your house (school, day care, etc). I had mildew in my toliet from and I wish I had taken a before and after but basically I used one product sprayed left it and tried to scrub and it wasn't coming off. I assumed we would have to tear out the sheetrock and repair (I had already fixed the source of the problem) but I sprayed this on every inch this was about 3 inches on about 6ft (total) of upper wall. I let it sit a few hours went back with a damp cloth and was amazed that with little force, the mildew just disappeared. I cleaned every inch and you would never know it was there. I know keep this in my kitchen and baths for in-between cleaning as it says it is safe for food areas and it will even kill MRSA? what? If you have a mold/mildew problem or are just OCD like me, get this stuff. I also was so impressed I went to the company website and saw how schools and day-cares are using it in foggers to sanitize and especially in day cares it saves them so much time by not having to use bleach etc. I think it was originally meant for clinical settings, but beings as OCD as I am about germs, it has a permanent place in my home. Couldn't recommend it more. I never write reviews.

I was amazed by this product today. The description sounded great and the reviews sounded great but that does not always mean that the "home test" will be great. It was in this case and I ordered another 2 bottles this evening. I often use a bleach-based product to rid kitchen counters, etc. of bacteria and so on, but the odor/fumes have been an issue. This product cleans out e-coli, MSRA and more and gave off no fumes no odor in use while cleaning kitchen counters and sink. I then followed directions for use in mopping the tile floors in kitchen, entry-way and bath downstairs and was very pleased with the cleaning ability, the lack of fumes and the lack of residue--it was a nice clean clean. This product has the credentials to be used in hospital kitchens and schools and I think that qualifies it to be a wise choice for use in my home. I look forward to trying it tomorrow in a bathrooom cupboard under the sink that sometimes smells musty.

WOW, this stuff works and then some! I had a water heater leak and it went under the wall into the room next door, that mildew water got into the carpet and padding! Bought a nice little blower and pulled carpet back and dried it all out, the mildew water left some stains and a nice smell to go with all of it's wondrous appearance so I bought this Vital Oxide to do battle! I was amazed at how this stuff took out all of the stains and smell to boot! It was a miraculous liquid that saved me from a nasty odorous basement! Did the job and did it quickly, I would recommend to anyone with the same issue's! Thanks Amazon and thanks Vital Oxide!

I have a cat who likes to spray. She is a female, who has been fixed but has anxiety issues. I typically use nature's miracle, but wanted to see if I could find anything that worked better. What I like about this is that it does seem to remove pet smells in a variety of fabrics, but I think Nature's Miracle works better for urine issues. If you are just looking to get rid of more general pet odors or maybe small pee marks, I think this would work great. But I am constantly cleaning up after her, so I need an enzyme cleaner.

This is a good product. I purchased this because I had some older fabric furniture that was sitting in the basement and had collected some green mold on due to humidity issues. I saturated the fabric cushions, scrubbed them lightly with a brush and let them dry out in the sun, it worked great and cleaned the fabric. It was light mold, not saturated, so that may be a factor for some people, I don't know how the product would work on heavily saturated moldy fabric, but it worked for us. Product has a nice smell, and worked like it was supposed to. We also use it on our shower curtain to remove and prevent mold.

I rated this as "ok" because it did clean some of the mold/mildew. However, the information online did not discuss the affect (or lack of) that the product would have on brick walls. Admittedly I had my doubts. I followed the instructions and found that as long as the mold was on painted wall it was effective but not for the mortar between the bricks. I'd probably suggest this product to friends, along with the advice that it's not effective on all surfaces.

I would highly recommend this product. I’ve tried several products to get the smell out of carpets in this one was amazing. Absolutely love it.

Quality of the product is excellent. It works exactly like it's advertised.
