What is the width and thickness of this olive board ?it would be helpful to know since I'll be using it to roll pastry and pasta dough,Thankyou .

The cutting board is irregular in shape. I recall that they warned me that "no two are exactly alike". Mine is 19.25 inches in length, 8.5 inches at its widest and 0.75 inches thick. It does have a beautiful wood grain and is lovely to cut and display meats, cheeses and breads. I'm not sure but I think its "amoeba" like shape would not be most efficient for rolling out dough. Good luck!

Proper way to clean this?

I wipe it clean with a wet paper towel. With all wood items, I condition them with mineral oil. It’s food safe oil that doesn’t get rancid.

I would like to know what the country of origin is and if they seal it? I prefer unsealed. If they seal it is it organic oil or synthetic mineral oil?

It is made in Tunisia. It is unsealed and just coated with natural olive oil
