Very well built.
Very well built. This is a beautifully made faucet. The instructions are easy to read and follow. This item is sturdy. I search many free standing faucets for our new slipper tub and found this one to match what I was reasearching. You will not be disappointed.

0 rings leak. instructions faulty.
product leaks. O rings defective and instuctions for installing are not correct either. we will be returning. Is there a number to call ?! bathroom finally finished and then this. Very disappointed. Dont buy.

The fixture is faulty
No hot water is coming out of the fixture. Lines are all connected properly. The fixture is not putting out any water.

Product defective
This product is defective. The o rings do not seat properly and allow water to leak. We have tried getting ahold of customer service-“agents are busy so leave a message”.As of 12/23/19 no one has returned our call.

Ordered two faucets both of them had slow leaks.

This companies products are not compatible with the U.S market
The valves and hardware they provide will not pass a plumbing inspection they use cheap valves and hardware that do not conform with the international plumbing code.
