I'm being both contrary and harsh in my review because other purchasers have given nothing but 5 star ratings, which are completely exaggerated. If I;m being impartial, they probably deserve a 3 out of 5 stars. They are no better or worse than any other insole I've tried. One thing about these, though, is that they are aggravating to get into a shoe, even after being cut to size. If you buy them, don't expect miracles just because almost everyone else gave them top ratings. At least they're pretty cheap.

These are not orthotics, they are gel soles.

Love this aloe Vera gel, the consistency of it makes the application very easy, none sticky and the fact that it’s organic makes it just perfect.
