Q: Is there a reason why the sellers description ad has "pads" in it? Am I buying the bottle of cream cleanser?

Must be wrong labeling. I have the purifying cleanser and it's just a normal liquid solution...no pads :) And it's really great!!!

It definitely will help lighten scars and red spots or acne spots over time but it's not instant (nothing is) but it's a really great product and will definitely lighten over time! I would look at the Hydro Peptide website and just make sure this line is the one you want, they have quite a few that are fantastic!

Q: Can we put moisturizer on afterwards?

Yes, this is a cleanser/face wash. So, you rinse it off and then dry your face. Afterwards, you can put on any moisturizer, serums, makeup, etc.
