Accuracy at Speed and Lighting Conditions
Let me qualify this review by saying all of my shooting with these sights, and it's been extensive, has been from a covered range house. This location limits available light when compared to the out of doors making it difficult to see the white dot of the front sight, shallow V notch of the rear sight, and the relationship between the two during rapid acquisition/ precision drills such as the 2X2X2. My slow fire shooting is OK, but lacking compared to using the traditional front blade and rear notch sights supplied with my G43 GloPro from TALO distributers. Last night I exchanged the XS rear sight with the TALO rear sight to see if that improves things. Don't know yet if the rear sight is high enough and the gap between the blade and notch is minimal, but both these issues can be remedied. UPDATE: The notch in the TALO rear sight was too narrow at .060" for the wide XS big dot front blade. I opened the notch from .060" to .120" and it made a world of difference. The height is fine as it shoots to point of aim at 25'. My accuracy has improved dramatically and at speed I don't have the issue of excessive vertical shot dispersion as with the supplied express rear sight.

Effective combat sights
These sights fit my Glock 43 pretty well. The front sight fit good but the rear was a little loose, hence the included lock tight compound. No filing needed in my case. I am deadly at 7 yards with these sights. Sight acquisition is quicker than other sights I've tried. I think people that have accuracy issues with these either installed wrong or they're not lining up thier aim consistently. They are accurate. No question. The rear sight is just white paint, not tritium. I do have difficulty aiming in near total dark since the front tritium vile is small and there is no way to line anything,up like in a three dot sight system. Overall, good sights for up close and fast action.

Self Defense Sight, NOT A TARGET SIGHT!!!
That said, I can still shoot a 2-3" 13 round group at 7-10 yds and about a 3-4" 13 round group at 12-15 yds (Glock 23) and just slightly larger with my Glock 43. Obviously I'm not a marksman or professionally "trained"…. But at self defense ranges I feel confident in my ability to quickly aquire my target and find the cardiac triangle!!!Ignore the BS complaints about people who bought these for target shooting!!!As for tritium…. I called XS because I was looking for an older style with the white line AND the rear vial. They do not make them like that anymore (manufacturing issue), but his comment was that if its that dark outside and you are under the strain of adrenaline, all you are going to see in the front sight anyway!!! So he suggested the front tritium and rear "non"-tritium. I am very happy with his suggestion having tried them in multiple lighting situations.VERY easy to install!!!

Sights for "The Fight"
If you have a gun that you intend to use for defensive purposes, the buck stops here. I am a certified firearms instructor in the state of Georgia (among other things) and as such, use of force is my life. If you are a new shooter, old shooter, or serious about defensive carry then these are the sights you want when only hits count and the range goes two ways. I have them on several carry pistols (including my wife's) and I trust them with my family's life. I'm not sure I could endorse them any stronger than that.** I paid full price for these sights and I am in no way affiliated or associated with XS or the seller. It's just a damn good product.**

My favorite carry/defense gun sights
My favorite carry/defense pistol sights. You either love or hate them. I have some friends who have tried them and did not like them at all. I've had them on a few pistols and the set I purchased via Amazon went on my Glock 43. The set on my Glock 43 I installed myself and was really surprised how easy the install was using the tools included. Only thing I used that wasn't included was a hammer, roll of no residue duct tape (which I used to tape the slide for safety in case I would slip and for padded support when removing the factory rear sight), towel, and a bunch of q-tips to wipe off the lock tight everything else needed was included. I'd say it took 20-30 minutes from start to finish.

not fine accuracy. In my opinion
The build quality is very robust. The tritium is bright. The sight picture is not precise. These are built for speed, not fine accuracy. In my opinion, they are overpriced for what they are. On the upside, the package I received included a front sight removal tool and a bottle of red threadlocker.

Works with G43X and how to install.
It works great with G43X. The only problem is the front sight install tool that came with sight is too weak and easily breaks. I strongly recommend to buy Nut Driver, Inch, 3/16 x 60mm for the front sight install. It makes huge difference.Unscrew the stock screw with Nut Driver, Inch, 3/16 x 60mm then put the new screw with tool that provided by XS big dot sights. It worked like charm.
