Loving Spoonful 74 oz Premium Whole Blue Poppy Seeds for Baking | Food Service 5 LB Size

I use this poppy seed in seed bread along with sunflower and sesame seed. The product tastes very good and keeps its freshness for a long time. My only objection... why place the plastic container of seed inside a decorative box? That's over packaging as far as I am concerned.

The description said natural, kosher, and non GMO. I took that to mean natural (as in not processed)I searched specifically for unwashed seeds and these came up. I now have 70+ ounces of seeds I can't use. Because they've been processed, they are not fresh and will not grow.

Not perfectly pure, although husklike impurities do not affect taste. Taste a bit more bitter than the best quality I tried before but should be OK with most applications

Good quality seeds but it is not clean. We had to wash it and separate from poppy seed head pieces.

I was greatly impressed by the freshness and taste of these poppyseeds. The packaging is very beautiful as well.
