I purchased this product for my 2 month old who was still sleeping in a rock n play sleeper. We had been previously unsuccessful in getting him to transition to the bassinet. I had been interested in purchasing a Dockatot, thinking the lack of boundaries were to blame for why he wouldn't sleep in a bassinet. When I found Lappi Baby online, I thought it looked like a much more affordable version of the Dockatot. I am so glad I purchased it! I have been using the Lappi Baby Nest in my Halo bassinet as my husband and I do not wish to co-sleep. It fits perfectly in the bassinet and provides added boundaries that weren't there before. Plus the bottom of the nest is much softer than the thin mattress that comes in the bassinet. Since using it, my son has slept anywhere from 5-8 hour stretches where previously he was only going 2-3 hours at a time. I highly recommend this product if you are considering any other brand co sleeper!

We went with Lappi over the more expensive brand nests because we were so charmed by the customer service we saw (and the lower price point helped too). Our little one's 2nd night in the Lappi nest was the best night of sleep we've all had since bringing him home from the hospital 2 weeks ago. I particularly appreciated that it came with very specific instructions on how to wash the cover so that the filler pillow still fits into the cover after washing. It would be nice to be able to purchase a 2nd cover separately from the pillows (or even included with the original purchase as an add-on) so that one can be washed and drying while the other is on and ready.

This thing is a life saver. My son who is almost 7 months has had issues staying a sleep when he isn't being held. I at this point was desperate to find him his own little co-sleeper space. knew that it would have to be soft and pillow like. I didn't want something with high sides because I wouldn't be able to lay close to him (him would know and wake up). All that I found online was the docatot. For his age and size I would need the larger one...which is a $300 pillow. I couldn't spend that. I took a chance with this and he loves it!!! Thank you thank you!

I love this nest. My granddaughter was not sleeping well in her large old fashioned cradle. I bought this nest & she loves it. My daughter transfer the nest from the cradle to the bassinet. The only thing I do not like is that the whole cover must be removed if the baby drools or spits up. The whole nest must unzipped & washed. I washed the cover only, I did not put it in the dryer (per the instructions) but the cover shrunk slightly. I was able to put the cover back on. I also put a "chux pad" inside on top of the padding & underneath the outermost cover. This will protect the padding so it does not have to be spot washed. It would be ideal it an extra piece of protective plastic & cloth could be zipped on top of the outer cover. It would protect the nest from lots of washings! You could just unzipp the part that had spit up or drool on it. I would still buy this product.

Worked for sleeping for my son. Problems happend when we had to wash. I put on delacate wash and line dried. The seems came loose and the zipper didnt want to work. So disapointed. Also was past the return date as i ordered it early to get his room ready in my pregancy nesting stage.Update on the companys customer service:I was contacted based off my washing reveiw. I was told that you are to wash then put the covwr back on wet to avoid the issue i found. They made sure to fix the issue. This update to the score is based on the customer service.

This is great! I purchased the lappibaby because I wanted a dockatot but couldn't justify the price. They claim to be breathable and made of great materials. Upon getting it the material seems like great quality and the print is really nice.

Love it!! I just had my daughter Friday morning 💖💖, and last night was the 1st night she slept in the Lappi. It was love at 1st sleep! It fits perfectly in her mini crib, and is excellent as a co-sleeper. It arrived on time (next day) and in Great condition. Thank you to the seller, this is a wonderful and useful product; with so many useless baby products targeting 1st time moms (I'm a pro this is baby #3) its a relief. This also cost less than the competitor, with a sweeter design. Im EXTREAMLY picky, trust me this is worth the buy, don't get caught up with the hype of a name brand, because that's all you're paying for, is the name. 😊

We have a bassinet and a crib, but we ended up bringing our newborn daughter into bed with us more often than not. She is now sleeping in this nest in our king sized bed, and she loves it. I'm able to nurse her in the nest as soon as she stirs, without waking her or my husband. Once she got the hang of day v/s night, I can keep her sleeping in the nest 9-11 hrs a night. We opened the bumper at the bottom when she was around 9 weeks old. She just turned 3 months, and we're still using it.
