Cover WILL work - use VELCRO!!!
Like many of you, I read through reviews to see if this pool cover was worth buying. We have the 10' Summer Waves pop up pool and it works perfectly. Some advice to help the cover work perfectly: 1.) Buy industrial strength velcro!!! I purchased the brand Stronghold in the 2" and it worked great. 2.) Place the cover over the pool where you want it to stay in place. 2.) Put 1 piece of velcro on the poles facing out (you don't have to put it on every pole, but for more stability you can). 3.) The matching piece of velcro will go on the INSIDE of the cover. * Make sure you place the velcro on the pole LOW enough so the cover will be tight on the pool. * To help water from pooling in the center, we kept floaties with a beach ball in the center to give the cover some height from underneath. * Don't pull too hard on the cover, it definitely isn't super durable, and when it's in the sun, it will stretch, maybe ripping it accidentally. Be careful... Hope this helps!!! Definitely a good cover, but the string to tie it securely around the perimeter of the pool will not be enough.

Super quality material and fit, allows rain to pass through
I am very pleased with my purchase from Intex Recreation, they shipped my cover quickly, it arrived on time and looks great out of the box (more on this later), it installed quickly and easily all by myself. I must caution against covering right after putting in the chlorine as it severely stains the cover making it unsightly. I checked my Intex 10' pool this morning and it was 68 degrees, it was hot as Hell today, so when I got home I checked the temp and it went from 68 degrees to a beautifully warm 82.5 degrees...I could not be happier! My main goal was to warm the pool and keep leaves out, this pool cover has holes pre-made to allow rain water to wash through rather than fill up with water making it impossible to easily remove, the downside is that dirt and anything smaller than 3/4" will fall right through, the second downside is that this allows the water to evaporate more quickly. I am ok with the holes and the staining, but to help with evaporation I will put another bubble wrap style cover under this, I am not concerned about the dirt, my filter will catch that, with the second cover evaporation will be minimized and still allow rain water in so the cover does not fill up and rip or become difficult to remove. All-in-all I am VERY happy with this cover and how it fits! Please see my pictures

Fits great but need Velcro attached
I had to write a review considering all the bad comments which are hard to understand. You buy $16 cover and it work great. First let me start by saying that the this Pool Cover does cover my Intex 12ft pool perfectly with 8-10in over the sides, unlike the solar one that just sits in the pool. It has holes all around to prevent rain to accumulate in the middle and make it sag. I gave it 4 stars becuase of two issues I had. 1. It needed two people to put on as the sides keep slipping if you do by yourself. 2. As others said, the string holds nothing and it is useless. So, regarding the first issue, I had help so no big deal. The second problem is more serious as this cover will fly in the wind. So as others suggested, I bought VELCRO Brand - Industrial Strength Low Profile - 3' x 1" Tape - Black for $7, sold here on Amazon. Tapes 3in on each post and the cover and it now holds great! No more flapping or flying in the wind. Personally I like this cover and would recommend it. You wouldn't find better for the price.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits perfectly and keeps my pool much cleaner!
I bought this cover for my Bestway Steel Pro Max round pool (3.05 m x 76 cm), and it fits perfectly. The biggest difference I've noticed is how much cleaner my pool stays. It keeps most of the leaves and debris out, so I spend a lot less time cleaning before we can enjoy the pool. I also really like the drain holes in the center of the cover. They allow rainwater to drain instead of collecting on top, and they also help keep the pool water looking clean. Last but not least, call me crazy, but I honestly think this cover helps the water stay a little warmer. It seems to retain some of the heat, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Good quality pool cover
Really good heavy duty pool cover. We use this when we are expecting heavy rain. It keeps the pool protected and super clean. It’s easy to put on the pool and is a one person job if you know how to put pool covers on already. The size of this cover is perfect for my 18 x 52 intex pool.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!
DO NOT BUY!!!! This cover is USELESS. I have a 12 ft above ground Intex pool I purchased this summer and just set up. It’s under a large oak tree in my yard, so I knew I was going to need a cover to keep all of the leaves and debris out. The moment I unwrapped the cover and tried to install it, I knew it wasn’t going to be good. The cinch strings are completely useless. They don’t tighten the cover at all, so the cover sags no matter how much you try to pull down on the sides and tighten even with 4 people trying together. The holes are also useless because the moment a light rain comes through the cover sinks and suctions to the pool. I have MORE debris in the pool because of this cover. Go spend money elsewhere on a better cover.

Decent cover for the price. A few considerations, but overall OK and gets the job done.
We have an intex 10' x 30' pool with the metal frame. We used a 12 foot round cover previously. Overall, I think we preferred that one because of how much more room you have on the edges that overlap. This cover has small holes between the size of a dime or nickle around the first two or three feet from the edge and they're spaced pretty far in between. The middle has a few more placed closer together. It is mainly to help the water back into the pool when it gathers. It will keep lighter debris from the pool. I wouldn't recommend this type of cover (with holes in it) if you have an extremely dusty or area with a lot of small debris that will gather on the cover. The main reason being is that it will end up getting some of it mixed back in with the pool water and you'll have to deal a bit more with cleaning it out. For those type of areas, i'd recommend one of the other covers that has no holes. Another thing, I think others mentioned is that it doesn't sit as tightly around the pool as in the picture. It is doable, but it's likely not to stay that way because it will stretch a little anyway and the heat will help with that. We use a small water inflatable boat (for toddlers....you can find them at the dollar store), it's about 2 feet by 3 feet in size- and place it in the center before we put the cover on. It helps the water only gather to the sides and makes it a little easier to handle when water gathers, either from rain or from the pool water coming up from the holes in the cover. It has a seam on it that is supposed to fit around where the metal frame of the pool is, but unless you get this thing pretty tight with the draw string, it's not going to sit like that. When water gathers, as it does noted earlier, you'll find that the seam tends to pull in toward the pool more, thus making the sides come up higher. As the sides come up, more water gathers and the cover starts to go under more....needless to say, if you baby it a little you'll be ok. I did have the same issue as others, the hole where the drawstring comes out ripped from trying to pull it much tighter. I'd think you might want to pull it tighter OFF of the pool- especially after letting it sit in the sun for a really short while....just to make the material a slightly more pliable/easier to work with. Just a thought. I think I am going to end up getting some plastic clamps from Harbor freight to clamp to the metal frame to help it set a little better- at least for longer periods when not being used. We only put our pool up in the summer, so it's not too much to work with this though. The pool water still gets pretty warm when the cover is on. Overall, it is a decent cover. I think with maybe a couple of metal grommets, or reinforcing, that might help it not tear when pulling tighter. It serves its purpose well and does what I expect it to do- cover the pool and keep out debris. I was aware of the holes and how much more "fitted" it would be versus a larger cover, but wanted to try it out. As a side note - our general setup and how we came to do things- for those curious about the "real use" in this review... with the 12 foot cover that had no holes, we do have a short pool ladder, so we'd use that in the center of the pool and put that cover over when not using. It made it more like a "tent" so water would simply run straight off to the sides. We also used a water pool "noodle" (another dollar store find) and cut a 4 to 5 inch piece off for each of the ladder legs so that it would be less likely to punch through the pool bottom. Since we the pool on cement, we also put down a set of those puzzle type foam mats directly under it. At any rate, I don't know if I would buy this product again yet. One other issue we had with the previous cover, the sun "cooked" the cover- that and I imagine the chlorine as well...to the point of it getting brittle and cracking. This was with 3 summer seasons of use. I've only used this cover for about 3 weeks, so I have yet to know what will happen with this one. Aside from that. for the price paid and "cost per use ratio', I'd say it will wind up well spent. Besides, my kids are having a blast in that pool regardless of what the cover is doing or not doing.

Good value for the money
Not a bad cover had to install grommets so I could tie it to the legs of our pool. The rope it came with did not hold it on when windy. Still I have had several covers over the years and this one is the best yet. Probably only going to last one season but so did all the others. And it was much cheaper.

Funciona
La lona es muy delgada y por lo tanto muy frágil, hay que manipularla con cuidado, se rasga con facilidad, cumple su propósito.
