Surprisingly comfortable and well made
I’m an older woman and I like to walk as much as possible . I’ve only had these orthotics a short time and now it seems that I’m walking better and I feel more balanced and confident when I walk. All you have to do is remove the sneaker insert and stick in the selectflex. I followed the instructions and started with the medium setting and that seems to be the right amount of support for me. I guess if you have flat feet you can always go higher in the arch. Compared to any other orthodic I’ve every used(and I’ve tried many), these are extremely well constructed.and adjustable, I look forward to putting these to the test on charity walk,

Superior Arch support with Comfort all day!
SelectFlex is the most supportive and comfortable insole I have ever worn. Each of the 3 adjustable arch heights provided superior arch support and all day comfort. The unique dynamic lifting arch was like walking on air. SelectFlex calls this flexible arch a 'PowerLift Arch' because it gently massages and lifts each arch with every step, leaving my feet feeling fresher and pain free, at the end of a long day standing on hard floors. Could not be more pleased with the purchase, value and service. Finally a great insole that supports my ageing feet! Thank you SelectFlex. Pain free in New Hampshire.

Does not work as stated
It is true that the adjustment mechanism is fragile. So I took extra care when using the supplied tool while I tried to change the default support setting of one to the next higher, two. Plus there are additional instructions on how to use the tool. To no avail, the tool could not grip the adjustment mechanism tightly enough to move it, but rather was starting to strip it (before I gave it up as worthless). The entire point of this insert is its adjustability. I give it a grade of 0. While even the default setting "might have been" quite good, if the inserts fail right out of the box, I conclude that quality control is also 0 and I see no reason to pay $75 for a defective design. Other reviewers here have noticed this faulty mechanism. Surely SelectFlex has already had sufficient opportunity to fix their problem.

Very comfortable! And I think by the way they look fell last along time
Definitely feels like I have some pillow under my arch. But it’s not a soft mushy pillow-it’s a springy pillow that gives you energy back as you walk.

I wish they adjusted more
I have plantar fasciitis and have had custom made orthotics for years and decided to give these a try. They are adequate but my feet need a higher arch adjustment.
