They are easy to use. With consistent use your inside and outside skin will be soft and pliable. Actually, they took my facial wrinkles away and I look 10 years younger than I am. I use them 2x weekly alternating with Smokey Mountain estriol cream on my face 1-2x a week. In the spring buy enough so you don't have to order it in the summer where it may sit in your hot mailbox and melt. But they still will be ok if you put them in the fridge. I just keep mine in the fridge anyway. I have been using estriol for 20 years and have no health problems.

These were recommended to me by my natural path for comfort in having sex after menopause. I found that as I got older (now 67) and skin started drying out even more that I had to up the dose to placing them twice a week. But make sure that you place them a couple days apart and start placing them a day after you have had sex and so that most of the product will be out of you by the time that you have sex the next time because the small amount of hormones in this product are not good for your partner to come in contact with on a regular basis. I hope that made sense. 😁

They seem fine so far. I was recommended these by my ND for better vaginal health while breastfeeding, as I had not resumed my cycle yet and estrodial cream was too strong when used. The ovals are nice smelling if you like cocoa butter. They’re fairly easy to insert, they’re small and can be inserted with the same applicator you receive for things like monostat (could be better if applicator was included). They have less transfer if you put them in the fridge before inserting, otherwise they can get a little messy if too warm or if they’re in your hands for too long. They work best if inserted after showering, before bed. Pain relief comes from the hydration aspects if that is part of what you’re seeking to treat/balance. They seem a little expensive since they’re small and you only get 16, but they have a natural formulation and work gently, so I’d say overall that I understand the pricing.

Literally have changed my life. Perimenopause going thru menopause changes and having difficulties downstairs as confirmed by my dr. No way am I using the Rx with all those chemicals. I can tell a huge difference after 1 dose and after 3 - it's like I'm 20 yrs old again. NEVER stop making this product for love of god! I just ordered the progesterone one too and then realized they have one that has both estrogen and progesterone (genius!) and I will order that once I've used these up!

These things are great for any discomfort you may be experiencing due to atrophy. Using these and doing a bit of stretching/dilation a few days a week really helps a lot.

The estriol went systemic. Supposedly it does not, but it did. This was my second time trying and the same thing happened. I love this company and switched back to their estriol free alternative. It keeps me comfortable but is not able to address the issues I have like estriol would have. It’s not their fault. It’s me
