Counterfeit item
Purchased 2 BTS Army Bombs... both were confirmed counterfeit by staff at the BTS 11 May Chicago concert and not bluetooth compatible for the show.Do not purchase from online vendors, only from Official Concert Merchandise

Wireless didn't sync and it was not user error
They would not sync no matter what we did. I believe the wireless was defective which was upsetting considering how much money I spent on them for a once in a lifetime event.

Didnt connect to the concert bluetooth
I got this for the Rosebowl concert, and it didn’t allow me to connect to the Bluetooth. At the venue there were staff at table booths that helped you out connect your army bomb, so I went and thats where they told me it was fake.
