It is easy to use, safe, comfortable, and hygienic as the cartridges are disinfected, individually-sealed, single-use and disposable. The pen has an adjustable length of between 0.25-2.5 mm, you can adjust the needle depth using a rotary dial and it also comes with a variety of 5 different speed levels to choose from. What more could you need?It has been a game changer in my skins over all condition and hair re-growth and thickening. I have seen improvement in fine lines and wrinkles, loose skin, skin texture and pore size. My skin looks more youthful. This Dr. Pen Ultima A6 unit was totally defective. The actual pen was not able to turn on. I only got 2-- 12 pin instead of 1- 12 pin and 1 36 pin. I call amazon and they sent a massage to this third party seller and they sent me another pen and that pen has severe problems. I tried to turn it on after putting the 12 pin cartridge and it just vibrates slowly back and forth. I totally lost in this deal but I will warn the buyer that please buy directly from the Dr. Pen company for a better quality item with a greater warranty. I am starting to wonder about buying products through Amazon because most of the products come from second to third party sellers and you just don't know what quality you are going to get.

This is a replacement for a unit I had for about 18 months, which stopped working. I use it once a month and like it. But, at 1 use per month, that's 18 uses. For something that costs $100, that is too few uses. Quality and durability needs to be better.

I have been using since March 2019, will be on session 5 pretty soon. I am noticing good results. My skin tone is more even and smoother with less blotchiness. Finally, i can stop wearing foundation everyday. I like how my skin looks and feels and will continue using the Dr. Pen every month till the end of the year. Its worth giving it a try before going to have it professionally done.

I LOVE this pen! After two passes of microneedling I already see some pretty significant differences. This pen is absolutely worth the cost as I’ve had amazing results. Get this pen, do your research, and don’t forget numbing cream.

Had an issue with receiving everything that was advertised but seller corrected it promptly and exceeded my expectations in taking care of my concern. Product shipped quickly and works great. Will purchase from them again!
