Nice quality material ,also lined with a silver material on the inside.It has velcro straps which can tighten up at the bottom.It fits my mums love seat perfectly,would buy again but hopefully won't need to.

Lightweight material,definitely needs fastening down with the attached quick release fasteners. Looks OK when fitted, not rained yet so cannot say if it's waterproof or not.
