Great flavor. Easy and fast preparation. Less fattening than similar products. I like it with cut up tofu, which easily absorbs the great flavor. UPDATE on Jan 01, 2023: I’ve bought this 6 or 7 times now; that’s how much I like it! EDIT TWO YEARS LATER: I’ve ordered this 14 times in just 2 years. Obviously, it’s fabulous.
