Great tea for helping you sleep
Great tea but only for nighttime as the title implies. The contents of this are valerian root, lemon balm and passion flower herbs that if brewed potently will knock you out, in a good way. The steeper the more dramatic the effect, taste leaves much to be desired but a little honey seems to fix the blandness. Great tea! Very relaxing and I slept like a baby! Great value as the tea lasts for a very long time. I do recommend adding some natural local honey to the tea as it really puts the icing on the cake!

Can't tell if it makes me sleepy. Not sure the ratio of ingredients. Nice flavor, huge amount.. just question the effectiveness.
