how does the built in wall mount work?

There are two holes in the plastic that fit a standard wall jack. You either need to buy a short line cord separately, or leave the standard length cord tied up.

There is no service for this product and NEC customer care will not support, we have tried en number of time for the services no one will respond , Please do not buy this product and get frustration by yourself, There is no manual nothing. I was out off town when the product delivered and now im unable contact service person and unable return the product its waste of money.
