Informative book
I have followed Danielle on some of her YouTube videos, but wanted a book to do my facial yoga without the TV. This book is so informative, I love having the illustrations and the explanations of each exercise. Easy to follow.

I love this book, its well written with illustrated pictures of the facial yoga exercises as well as description what it strengthen or does for you. I might be a little biased since I have been following Danielle for quite some time now and find her incredibly inspiring as well as I can see a huge difference in my face and my skin just feels stronger.Its also a very cute book and in a handy pocket size book which makes its easy to bring in handbag or such.Thanks Danielle for sharing your secrets x Iia

Very good book informative
I love this book her you tube videos and her face serum is to die for and reasonably priced and makes skin nice and glideable for face yoga !

Even better than expected!
I have been a fan of Danielle Collins face yoga for many years and have all her dvd's and follow her on Facebook and Instagram so I have been so looking forward to her book and it arrived yesterday!!! It is a beautiful book and i love the size of it! Have already looked through it and it will be so easy to use every day and can take it with when I travel. I love the way it is divided up by parts of the face which makes it easy to target areas of concern.Danielle is so positive and inspirational and I will be gifting this book to friends!!!!

Excellent exercises for face and neck muscle and skin rejuvenation!
I highly recommend this book! Danielle Collins techniques are very effective, and the book is easy to follow. You can pick and choose areas to work on and all the exercises are truly effective, especially when used in combination!

Not so simple to build a consistent routine.
On the whole, this is a good book, but I found it hard to follow. For me, it was information overload, too many pages. In addition, I didn't enjoy its illustrations or quality of design. It contains some good exercises, but somehow it just didn't come together in its presentation.

Are you going to do this every day?
I want to say I loved it but I just don’t think I will use it as much as I originally thought. If you’re dead set on practicing this several times a day, every day, then this will be a good purchase. Otherwise, for a person like me, who thought that this would be a multiple times a week exercise, it’s not a good purchase.

A quick and easy to understand read, so you can get to work practicing the exercises!
I've been soaking up all the information Danielle Collins has to give ever since discovering her courses on the DailyOM. In this book, she not only gives you exercises for different areas of the face, but she also tells you what they are intended to do. Included are tips for skin care as well as affirmations to help improve the mindset around aging. As someone who is nearing 50, I'll take all the help I can get! I love this easy to understand, quick read.

Of het helpt weet ik niet maar er staat veel meer in ademhaling etc wat ook helpt stress te verminderen.Nu nog beginnen ;)

A great little book.
Fantastic little book, and unlike a lot of other face yoga books, this is easy to follow and understand. I purchased this after buying the 10 minute facelift dvd (which I love...it actually works for one thing, my skin is glowing after only three weeks of daily practice, and it's so very relaxing. Lots of other face yoga methods get boring or are difficult to do...and some even left my skin looking dull and saggy! This is relaxing and effective, and also includes a 10 minute body yoga workout...a bit difficult for me as I'm very inflexible, but it's still nice to have an introduction to some basic yoga moves). There is also a 10 day video course available that explains the exercises in this book, and although the book is easy to use on its own, I highly recommend the course as it gives you a selection of 10 minute daily workouts and helps you to really understand the exercises . I highly recommend this book, the Danielle Collins method is one of the best face yoga workouts I've tried...and I've tried a lot!
