I ordered this lunch box for my grand daughter for her upcoming school year. However when I opened the pkg up I was disappointed to see that the extra detable strap was missing AND so was the 2 ice packs. I would appreciate it I could receive these 2 items. I dont have time to make a return since school starts in 5 days. Thank You!!

This insulated food / beverage cooler bag is sturdy and well made from durable materials. It was delivered as advertised and I am satisfied with it. I purchased this cooler, for the times when I need to bring a small lunch or meal to a gathering of friends (etc.) or to transport food on a road trip, and this cooler is just the right size for my needs — e.g., the cooler is large enough to hold sandwiches, beverages, etc. for a meal, and the included cooler packs are an added bonus, to keep beverages and other food items (e.g., a yogurt cup or sliced fruit) chilled, for hours, until the meal is enjoyed. This insulated bag (with the cooler packs) would also be useful to a parent who needs to bring small, natural snack items in the car for your children [e.g., carrot sticks; celery sticks; juice boxes (i.e., real juice not the processed HFCS pseudo beverages)], when you are away from home. The cooler bag collapses well, when not in use, and this makes it easily portable. e.g., I also recommend this product for when you need to bring food to picnics.

For the price, these are ALL about the same. What I liked about this one is, for a couple more bucks, you get the freezer blocks (or whatever they're called). That saves me from purchasing another item. The materials are the same as all others I've bought. And the insulation is ever bit as "thin" as others I've bought, too. However, my only other option would be to buy a solid hand-held cooler, and well that's overkill. This will due fine. If you get a couple years out of it, you're doing good.

For me, this is just the right size of a cooler lunch bag. I like that it has a shoulder strap, side mash pockets, lid pocket, outer zippered pocket and is very roomy inside to put what I want for where I take it and it compacts down when empty and comes in different colors and includes two nice ice packs.

The bottom of the lunch bag has a huge lump in it that I cannot flatten out. The color is nice ( I got the blue) The zipper is a bit wonky. The ice packs are a bit on the thin side but seem to keep my lunch items cool. Not a great value over all. I would normally return because of the bottom of the lunch box, but I really need it, and can't wait for another. I'm not sure I can recommend this product.

I was pleased to get this cooler with ice packs included at such a reasonable price. It turned out to be larger than I expected, so not as practical for carrying lunch every day to work (although that is exactly what I have been doing). You could easily pack a small picnic for two in it. I like that it has a shoulder strap, and I intend to use it to carry snacks and soda cans for day trips.

The bag was bigger than I thought it would be. It has plenty of room and nice pockets on the sides and front. I use it for work and pack my lunch and snacks. The two ice packs fit nicely in the bottom of the pack. I work inside a climate controlled building and everything stays nice and cool. I don't know how it would work if you work outside in the heat. It's a great bag for the price. It has a nice long strap for over the shoulder or you could use just the handle.
