These are a good fit, and with spring bars included, it's easy to get old off and new on. However the material of the band is a bit stiffer than the original material, and not quite so flexible. If you have a wide wrist you might find the watch is held off your skin slightly, and the heart rate sensor might be out of contact. Trial and error will probably allow you a 'best position' for wearing the watch. All in all, I'm pleased with the bands, a useful addition of spares at a good price.
