Q: I have a bed liner in my truck does it have Velcro or can I screw it into the bed?

It comes with mounting screws you can screw into the bed but it also has very strong double sided tape on them. I found it easier to use the tape. Has held up for a year now being left outside and car washes.

Q: how well would they stand up under my truck like on frame rails , for lighting underneath my rig ?

I don't know about that one. I do know they are completely sealed and waterproof. I think the lights themselves would hold up well. I'm not sure about the wires though. I ended up using 3M high grade double stick tape to ensure they won't come off.

Q: Do you have these in green?

This item is only available in white.

Q: One side is dimmer than the other any thoughts?

Ours look the same both side. We love these light great for night fishing on the beach or cleaning birds after hunting. Very bright.
