Best Heart Supplement Out There
If you suffer from PVC’s then this was made for you. It works, and it works fairly fast. It’s so effective you’d honestly think it was prescription. It can help stop a pending SVT in me personally as well. But it eliminates PVC’s not only in me but for several family members. The L-Taurine has a very mild and pleasant relaxing effect. Relaxing, but not sleepy in any way. This stuff has been a mainstay in my home for years now and is worth every penny.

Like many, doctors just tell me they're benign
I started having palpitations a couple of years ago. It took me a while to realize it wasn't normal, and they've increased in the past few months. Like many, doctors just tell me they're benign, but it's hard not to worry about it, and they're pretty disruptive. After some research, I found that magnesium deficiency could be a possible cause. I've always had low magnesium, and it has sunk even lower since I moved to the US and stopped drinking mineral water (and let's face it, my diet has also taken a hit). So after some more research, and clearance from my doctor ("magnesium never hurts") I bought this product, along with B-Calm complex (https://www.amazon.com/B-CALMplex-B-Complex-Vitamin-Complex-Capsules/dp/B073V8X68W/ref=sr_1_4_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1510571598&sr=8-4&keywords=vitamin+B+calm) mostly because vitamin B6 helps absorbing Magnesium, and I knew I could use some more B12 in my life, after a blood test). I also seriously improved my diet with a lot more veggies.Well, after a couple of weeks, my heart palpitations aren't noticeable anymore. No more skipped beats, no more heart beating like a hammer in my chest, no more heart-in-my-throat feeling, no more difficulties to fall asleep because my heart is driving me crazy. I still have some episodes of rapid heartbeat for no reason, and very slow heartbeat also for no reason, but I'll get specific treatment for that.It didn't work right away, this isn't a magic pill. But the palpitations faded gradually over perhaps two or three weeks, the worst of the symptoms completely fading away after a week or two. Now, most of the reviews are about heart palpitations. That's what the product is geared towards. But it's simply high quality magnesium, and a lot of people would benefit from it, heart issues or not. It makes you feel better, helps with stress and sleep issues, and constipation. One star removed because I wish it came without potassium. It's a token amount (I believe it's limited by law), but as someone whose family is prone to blood clots (and I personally have a tendency for low heart rate), I must be extra careful with my potassium levels.

Works for me on Keto
I am on Keto and I drink alcohol frequently. I had PVCS quite a bit . That heart pause and then the thump. Talked to a cardiologist and they did a work up just to find out I was super low in electrolytes. I have been taking 3 of these pills in the morning and then 2 more at lunch. Not a single pvc since. Works for me for sure

Heart Calm fit my needs for a SCD or GAPS friendly magnesium to help my arrythmias
I had severe, alarming arrhythmias for months, which woke me at night and kept me on edge all day. After many stressful, sleepless months of seeing my doctor, waiting for an appointment to the cardiologist, then waiting for an available monitor, seeing the cardiologist again, then waiting for an ultrasound, and so on. . . at one point, I asked the cardiologist if it might be a problem with my electrolyte balance. He told me to take some monster potassium pills (that only gagged me and gouged my throat raw) and take some magnesium (I would know when I was taking too much if I got diarrhea). Well, I took some magnesium citrate/oxide from a good company and got severe abdominal pain and diarrhea immediately. At the next appointment, the cardiologist was thinking that "ablation" may be a good option, if the arrhythmias could not be controlled, and ordered an ultrasound in 3 weeks. OK - that sent me off into late-night research mode (couldn't sleep anyway) to look into magnesium and its various forms and chelations, uses, etc. I decided that magnesium taurate was the right one for my situation. Then I researched which mag taurate capsules included fillers that I could not digest ( I am on SCD, GAPS diet with no starches, no gums, no sugars, etc.) Heart Calm not only fit my needs, but gives me a bit of CoQ10, some potassium, and some taurine. No unacceptable additives. I ordered some Heart Calm and tried it for a month - my arrhythmias settled down so I couldn't feel them constantly, and the taurine seemed to have a calming effect on my stress. By the time I got the ultrasound, my heartbeat was steady and the doctor wanted to know why the arrythmias had dropped so dramatically from thousands to hundreds. I told him he should be careful to tell his patient which magnesium to use. He didn't seem to know there were different types, and sort of brushed it off, told me to stay in touch, and that ablation was not indicated "at this time". I wonder how many others could use this product, instead of undergoing surgery. I am very happy with Heart Calm and take 1 cap / 3 times a day. However, I have trouble swallowing most capsules, so I just open these and mix the contents with food - usually nut butter or mesquite honey, or anything else creamy. Sets well and no stomach or intestinal distress. GREAT PRODUCT !!!. Please always keep this product in stock, Amazon.
