Fantastic for NC State Fans! Great for College Basketball Enthusiasts!
This book covers the history of NC State basketball from about 1910 - 2010.The book was very well done with tons of historic pictures from the early days. This would make a fantastic gift for any NC State for just for the stories and photos in the book. Really any college basketball fan would love this look back at history. The highlights will of course be the two national championship runs that are nicely described in the book. Sidney Lowe actually writes the opening of the book which may or may not sit well with State fans considering his coaching short comings (think about 1983 Lowe as a PG).Highly recommend this for any college basketball fans that want a nice conversation piece on their coffee table.

Great book, as expected
This book arrived quickly, it was new as advertised, and it is a great book. I've been an N.C. State fan ever since I began watching sports when I was 7 years old, and this book is a great descriptive history of the Wolfpack's basketball history. It has a lot of great, colorful pictures also. A must for Wolfpack basketball fans!
I bought this for my father and ended up reading it myself before I gave it to him! He was a professor at NCSU from 1963 until the mid1990's, so he lived through much of the history covered. I was fortunate to spend most of the 1970's in Reynolds Coliseum, so it brought back many memories for me!

Great NCSU Baskeball Book!
I've really enjoyed this book over the years. It's one of the most in-depth looks into NC State basketball history. NC State has such a great basketball history, and this book goes in to it very well.

Is This A Joke?
I don't get it... Why would someone want to highlight the existence of a program that has been the very essence of disappointment and mediocrity?Calling what NC State has done for college basketball "innovation" is really lowering the bar for the sport.I mean, the program hasn't been relevant since the early 1990's -- and most of that was runoff from Jimmy V's story.Let's get real here, this book is reserved for the rare few who A) actually remember NC State winning a NCAA Championship and B) fans who foolishly cling to the hopes that the "Wolpfack" will one day be taken seriously in college basketball.
