It took 750 mg of product to make 187.5 mg of powder extract, which is in 1 capsule. Like for example, if u took 16 cheese curls and ground them down, u may only get 4 teaspoons of powder, so u'd still have the 16 curls, just in a smaller format...a ratio of 16:4, or 4:1
