I was a little skeptical at first about the claims that green-lipped mussel supplements could relieve joint stiffness, but after trying them, I'm pleasantly surprised. I've been taking one capsule daily for the past two weeks, and I've noticed a real improvement in both my fingers and knees. The stiffness in my knees has significantly decreased, and I haven't needed to take NSAIDs for my occasional pain and inflammation flare-ups. One thing to note is that the capsules have a strong fishy odor when you first open the bottle. However, I found an easy solution—adding a silica gel desiccant packet to the bottle has virtually eliminated the smell. Overall, I think the Carlyle Nutritionals/Horbäach brand offers excellent quality at a very reasonable price. Based on my experience, I'll definitely be purchasing these again.

i get these for my gsd, he’s 2 years old and around 90lbs.. this is his second bottle. i’ve added this to his diet specifically to protect the cartilage and help lubricate his joints he has now as a young man. i open the capsule over his food to distribute the supplement, add his other add ins then top with hot water, and mix.. i personally add the empty capsule too so his body can absorb some of the collagen in the gelatin but that’s just my preference. this doesn’t have many other added ingredients so i would say it’s 98% clean as a supplement. so far he only gets one capsule a day but if he was considered a senior i’d do two. i don’t notice any digestive issues, or side affects and he seems to have a normal amount of energy, again for me this purchase is more about protecting his internal joints, cartilage and bones, so i can’t really say how he feels but i do believe it helps him.

I love the green lipped mussels!!! I have been taking these for almost 2 years, and I will never be without them!! I had ACL & Meniscus surgery, And started taking them just after my surgery. And then I retore my ACL and meniscus almost a year after my surgery and I haven't had surgery yet for the retare, because I truly believe that these pills have helped so much they also help with my back my shoulder pain!!! They're incredible!! And They DO with sore aching joints and muscles!!! I also clean houses for a living which includes a lot of heavy lifting and in the last two years since I've been taking these I don't have half as many problems as I used to I recommend these 100% if you have joint pain!! They are the best!!! And if you look at the Omega-3 that is advertised on TV they want over $30 for a bottle!!! And the main ingredient in that omega-3 that's advertised on TV, is the green lipped mussels!! I'm glad I did my research and my friend gave me a bottle to try, and now it's been almost 2 years and I highly recommend!!!! Definitely a 5 star from me!!!

I really like these and seem to be working. I have PSS and have different pain and more. I can see a difference already with in a week of using them. They seem to be good quality. I gave 4 star because the capsules are only half full. So because of that I am taking 2 instead of one.

The product seems to be of good quality as represented. I have purchased two bottles and still taking daily. My hands and stiff fingers are better. However the most capsules are only half full so I have to take twice as many per dose. So you need to double your cost to get the advertised dose.

It works! My knee inflammation and discomfort is virtually gone. No more Advil. Two caps a day morning evening. Best $10 I ever spent. Beats paying $60 for the TV advertised product.
