What is it made from. The ingredients says cotton but the details say keratin which is animal fur. Which one is it?

hair fibers are made from keratin tht they get from animals. keratin is what your hair is made of so some people think it can even help strengthen your hair. I dont believe so. at least i havent seen it.

is this product water/rain resistant?

I use a little hair spray after I put this product on. I’m not normally in much rain. I use the hood of my jacket when there’s a downpour, when necessary.. No, it’s not waterproof. I wouldn’t swim with it.
