Cumbersome delivery process
Product was nice but had to struggle to get delivery on door. Delivery partner asked for additional charges.

Good product. Quality also Good. Affordable for small family. Compares to other brand, LG is Good. (Life's Good)Same product but Price getting increasses as per demand on Amazon.Offer Price which was: 15990/- and Received early delivery. Amazon took request on priority and delivered the product one day before.Hope, there will not be any issues with energy rating compressor and heating. Customer service will be good from LG and Amazon in future.Requesting to, Amazon and LG for quick and prompt service in future. Thanks.

Excellent product by LG, but we required invoice bill of it
Very fast delivery by amazon.before order placed the product have open box inspection is there ..But at the time of delivery the delivery boys said we don't have that type of services...The refrigerator produces too high noise & vibration when compressor running on first day of use.... but from next day it works calm no sound is there

I am Satisfied
After using it for 7 days, its working fine upto satisfaction level. Ice formation is quick even at 3 (Out of 7) setting. Cooling is proper. There is no dent for Delivery boy Ajad ji was very careful. He drown in his own sweat to deliver the item on second floor. At 17.6K i find this item little costly but being lockdown period it justifies. Thank You LG and Cloudtail.

Happy buy go ahead
Thanks to Amazon for timely delivery and onsite cheked. It is working fine from two months..I only to say no LG customer contacted or briffed or given demo for their product that is not feeling good.

Exchange service is only a cheating
Product is good but exchange service is only a sales strategy they want brand new product at Rs 1700. My old refrigerator is working fine but it's paint get dull I.e they refused to take it back.
