LG 224 L 4 Star Inverter Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerator (GL-D241APZY, Shiny Steel)

The fridge has a dent on door right side corner. Looks like seller "Cloudtail India" intentionally sent this damaged item to clear out the stock on "Amazon's Great Indian Festival" Sale. Because Outside of the package has no damage. But inside the box, the fridge has a dent.Apart from this damage, the fridge was really good. Cooling was good. It's good enough for a family of 3 to 4 members. I'll update this review again after measuring how fast this fridge can make the Ice.

Hi, today i got the delivery of the product. It is mentioned that will get Base stand drawer with refrigerator, same is in picture also, but got without drawer which we can use for onions or potatoes. I am in dilemma whether to return or keep :(

Received this refrigerator yesterday. I am not an expert on refrigerator but most likely this refrigerator is faulty or looks like an old motor is fitted to the body. The refrigerator has starting issues. Trying to contact Amazon.in for replacement. So far very unprofessional response for Amazon.in, they have some complicated procedure where their technician will come (god knows when) to check and determine the next steps. When you buy product worth 19,500 INR, a certain level of courtesy and professionalism towards the service is expected. However, Amazon.in totally lacks that. Just praying that they either resolve the issue or provide me a good working unit as replacement.

When the refrigerator at my house no technician accompanied to help us mount it on a trolley which we had beenusing for earlier fridge.Since no technical man came along we could not place/mount the fridge on a adjustable trolley and the trolley is lying unused. We cannot do it since we are old and cannot lift heavy things.Even the fridge does not require any technical knowledge to make it start functioning, this kind of service like mounting the fridge on a trolley would have been of great help which the company did not do.

Got it delivered today, as usual Amazon is perfect in delviering and taking the exchange item. 'Blue Charm' colour is absolutely stunning and a looker. Ample space inside the fridge with three racks and three bottle spaces. Freezer portion is spacious too. Within half an hour after powering on the fridge I could relause the cooling. My old fridge was also an LG and I completely trust LG when it comes to home appliances. If you are looking for a single door refridgerator, go for this one. It is a 2020 model and one I have now got manufactured in July'20.
