I just got mine yesterday, Came in 3 boxes. Big truck, took out the post at the end of my driveway and the cable wire to the house. He was backing in the same time the call came saying he would be there within an hour.

Q: I have 4" of gravel in the yard After compacting and leveling I plan on adding several bags of and dry cement and compacting again Will it Work ?

It will not work that way. You need a solid base for the plastic flooring. Trust me, I just built one on 9/29-30/2019. Make sure it is level or the shed will not be ad you are asking for leaks.

Q: The description lists that the windows are operational. Do they swing out or slide up? Thinking about a small AC unit to control moisture.

I use my 10x8 shed as a home gym. I fitted a 5000 BTU unit in the rear grid window. I cut the grid out and had to take about 1/8th of an inch off the side of the window. The AC fit perfectly. The window still closes and covers the area when the AC is removed in the fall.

Q: Are these sheds up to Florida hurricane code?

My shed (Loaded with tools & riding mower) survived Hurricane IRMA. During the hurricane, wind came in all 4 directions.
