they are dry .. not sure if they are fresh or have been sent ages old stock .. works but not sure they are working efficiently ...

I continue to buy these because they don't damage the item & work so well!The ONLY negative, which is minor, is the blackish material (tarnish from the sterling silver) that ends up on the cloth, as it should, also transfers to your hands. NOT a big deal or in my opinion a product defect.Highly recommend!!

My go-to for a quick polish of my jewelry before wearing. Super fast, easy shine. You do need to wash your hands afterwards, but otherwise very little mess and fuss that comes with liquids.
