My 5 month old kitten was having problems with moving and tipping her bowls. She would scoop the food out with her paw and get food all over the table. This bowl has worked well and has solved the problem. The silicon surrounding the bowls securely anchors the bowl so it does not move or shift. Also, the bowls are widely surrounded by the silicone reservoir and the lip prevents the food from getting on the table and my cat eats it from this reservoir. All in all, I am very pleased with this bowl set and it has made a messy table problem nice and tidy. My cat likes the bowls too. Highly recommend.

We use this for our 14 pound Shih Tzu and it works great. The rubber base catches a lot of spills and keeps the dishes from scooting across the floor. And our dog is a little *ahem* particular about the size and depth of dishes she’ll eat out of, and these “puppy” size dishes are perfect for our 10 year old. They have a slick feeling surface on them too that makes cleanup easy.

Somewhat surprised at how light weight the bowls are for stainless steel, but so far so good. Non-slip base is great. Perfect size for my mini schnauzer. Hoping these last a long time. I've been hand washing so can't speak to how they stand up to the dishwasher.

These bowls are on the smaller side, perfect for puppies or kittens, but may not be large enough for full grown cats or dogs. They are basically spill proof unless the whole thing is turned over. I have no complaints and would recommend them.

Was looking for a water/food bowl combination that had stainless steel bowls and a non-sip curved mat to prevent spills for our new little 3lb puppy and this is perfect! The bowls are shallow enough for him to get to, but not dangerous (to prevent potential drowning), and easily lift out to be washed in the dishwasher or by hand. The mat is high quality with a curved edge, but edge is also low enough for our puppy to get to his bowls. This is a really great product of high quality, and perfect function! Now I just need to find a travel collapsible bowl!

Smallish dishes for a small dog, the only thing I don't like is that the rubber holder collects spills and is a pain to keep dry.

My cat is a pretty messy eater. He somehow manages to get only half his dry food in is mouth, the other half winds up on the floor. I decided to purchase this cause I didn’t want a large mat under his bowl.This item is perfect. Whatever falls from the bowl stays neatly in the catcher that surrounds it. No more sweeping up bits of cat food. You can remove the bowls for easy clean up and when the bowls are in place they stay in place. The rubber surround not only serves it’s purpose of catching crumbs it keeps the bowls from sliding around. All while taking up minimal space.Great product.

this is great and works very well. my pet use to always tip his water bowl over and he’d get water everywhere. this is perfect for him and super sturdy! it’s easy to clean, you can just wipe it down and the bowls are easy to remove, which makes it even easier to clean!
