We couldn't be any happier with the purchase of our Real Flame electric fireplace. It arrived in just a couple of days. Fedx did a great job. The shipping cartons were is perfect condition.In unpacking both the mantle and the firebox cartons (2 of 2) the company obviously takes great pride in their packing process. As a consumer, we all know that the better the product is packed (great care with appropriate materials) ensures the likelihood that the product will arrive in good condition. The products arrived in "perfect" condition and firebox worked as designed. The flame is very "real-looking" and the controls allow you to change the color, intensity, and even heat the room if you so choose.The assembly was easy, and fit and finish was impressive. If you can use a screwdriver . . .you can do it! (Tools and all hardware were provided!) Directions were quite easy to follow. My only negative if there has to be one. . . the heaters' fan motor is a little louder than I'd like, although the heater really puts out the heat and you can easily control the temperature/thermostat.All in all an excellent value. I absolutely love this fireplace!!! First of all I looked for one for about a year before I decided on this one and had the money for it. This one was the biggest firebox that I could find around this price. My mom has 2 fireplaces and the firebox on this one is pretty much double hers. Also they reviews were great on this one as well, and for good reason!When my fireplace came it was in 2 boxes. During its journey to my house the bottom got cracked somehow. I called the number they gave in the box and they sent me a replacement super fast and we’re SOOO friendly!When I finally got it all set up I was soooo satisfied with the quality and size. It’s simple, but not too plain and I just can’t say enough how much I love everything about it.It is a true white, not cream or off white.The remote is simple to understand and works great!You can change the log color and flame color. The heat is a wonderful option too!Originally I wanted to spend around $500 for a fireplace. But I’m extremely happy I spent the extra money for this one bc it’s so much nicer looking and like I said a bigger fireboxNow my mom wants one just like mine. :) I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this item

I've now had this for a couple of months, and all I can say is we absolutely love it! We just bought a new home and I had a space in my living room that needed the kind of touch that only a fireplace could provide and I am unwilling to install an actual fireplace there or pay the high cost for one to be installed, so this was the ultimate solution! It was packaged very well, came in perfect condition, was easy to assemble, and is very sturdily built. Shipping was much faster than I expected - it was shown to be a couple of weeks, but in reality, it was only a couple of days (purchased Black Friday). Because it had arrived earlier than expected, it had been sitting out in the snow outside my house for a day (I was out of town for Thanksgiving weekend) and I was super concerned that my item was affected, but nope! Real Flame packaged it so well that everything came out roses in the end - I'm obsessed!

It is beautiful and easy to assemble! Very sturdy and I love Real Flame insert. Would order again.

I never really write reviews but after getting this, I just HAD to! I got this fire place to cover the one that came with my apartment. (I posted a picture of the original fireplace, along with the photos of the new fireplace and mantle)The original one is a true wood burning fireplace but it was completely off center and threw off the room in my opinion.Also I have a cat and she has a bad habit of crawling into small spaces, including into the actual fire place itself.However, this electric fireplace has changed EVERTHING! It was fully able to cover the old fire place, and hide the ugly wires from my TV and gaming console.And The entire vibe of the room feels a lot more elevated. Also, it is warm enough to heat my living room, dining room, and even the kitchen, and the price point I bought it at was definitely worth it!The only issues I found were minor paint chipping from when it was in transit at the corners at the top of the mantle and at the base of the black wood frame. (Pictures posted above).I think maybe it should be put together by at least two people, but I managed to put it together all by myself. It was a struggle because the pieces are so heavy, but I got it done in two hours!The instructions were easy to read and simple! No screws, nuts or bolts missing, but you will need a power drill in order to drill the securing screws for the heater part into the mantle frame as there are no holes for them.Overall, 9/10 for color, quality, and quick delivery. The wood was also solid. Not made of cheap particle board or anything.1/10 for the damaged parts.

I bought my condo nearly 3 years ago and debated on several options for an electric fireplace. I shopped at Costco, Buck Stove, wayfair, Amazon and elsewhere. I knew I wanted a realistic looking firebox that could heat a large living room with vaulted ceilings. I needed it to be larger than average. I finally decided on this one and I am SO glad I did! BEST costumer service (bottom piece arrived cracked and company quickly replaced at no charge), easy to assemble (I did it myself- I’m a 54yo woman), I just needed a drill bit I didn’t have to screw the firebox into the mantle, so a man helped do that last part for me. I love the colors options for the flames, the heat it puts out is quite impressive and the sound sounds like a fan. Not silent, but not intrusive. I light a candle that makes cracking sounds and it dulls the fan noise. It adds a ton of ambiance to the room and I I truly highly recommend it!

Snagged this during black friday and used some Amazon points, scored it for 609 out the door. I researched way beyond the normal amount to get the perfect one for our space at the perfect price. And I am SO glad I went with this one. It is PERFECT. Beautiful. Not cheap. SO fast shipping, like only 4 days. We put it together right away. From opening up the box to putting it where we wanted was under an hour and half. It was very simple to put together with awesome instructions. Worth every penny. Feels great to get your money's worth on a product. Oh and the heating actually works so good. Love how the logs brighten or dim. Love color options. The noise when the heat is on, is not too bad at all. Prolly not the quietest option out there but not super loud either. If your on the fence, jump off, make the purchase and be happy!!

I did a lot of research and read many reviews on electric fireplaces before deciding on this one. It was a great choice! We were looking for one that didn’t look cheap, had a nice looking flame, and one that was a bit more narrow. This one is perfect. We have it in our bedroom (which is 700 sq ft) and it heats the room very well. It’s heavy and super easy to put together.I would highly recommend this product.
