Really works.

Kind of hard to mix.
Had first packet this morning. Taste is good. But, mixing the powder into a glass of water is VERY difficult. So, I emptied into a water bottle and shoke it VERY vigorously. And, let it sit for a few minutes, shoke again vigorously and drank. The super green packets are WAAAY better. I'm not sure if I'll buy again. I'm doing a 10 day fast and thought the berry would be good for the morning. Its day 2 and I've already lost 3lbs! I'm using the super berry and super greens to make sure I'm getting the vitamins I need. Also, they seem to really help with my Fasting and keep me satisfied and not hungry.

Great supplement!
I add this to my smoothie every morning. It's delicious and full of great nutrients! Also adds a nice color to my smoothie!
