I've been taking them for around a week now and, while it's obviously too soon to judge any long-term benefits, I've been feeling good and they've slotted into my routine without any fuss. This is a really convenient form of good-for-you beneficial bacteria to aid in digestion - I have been taking this for several days, I typically use this sort of supplement on mornings where I need to get up super early (like 4AM) to commute to the office and don't have time to have my typical yoghurt brekkie - so I take this sort of supplement to get that good bacteria in my gut. If I don't get it, I will know very quickly based on, errr not sure how to say this, my "digestive output". I'm pleased to say since switching to this brand of probiotics that I've noticed no drop off in the benefits I get from such bacteria. It's very effective and really good and easy on the stomach. Also I love how these are in single serve sachets - it may seem wasteful, but it keeps each dose fresh and I always pack similar type supplmemnents in my rucksack when I go travelling as I may not have access to yoghurt every day whilst on the road. This is good value for money, it works out to just under £1 per sachet, (£27 for 28 sachets) - for the quality and effectiveness and lack of side effects, this is outstanding. I've packed 7 of these into my bag for my upcoming trip abroad, put another 7 in my office desk and left the rest at home that I haven't taken already. This should last me a good long time as typically I only need this sort of supplement twice a week at most. I can recommend this - good brand, and good stuff!

Absolutely recommend this, I am feeling so much better now, I put this in my coffee in the morning or with yogurt and honey, You can not put in juice. I have seen a noticeable change since using these. I have noticed that I have started to lose weight again around my middle which is awesome
