No, I bought the Delorean kit and this one. I really wanted this one so I did the Delorean first in case there was a learning curve. This one's instructions weren't very good. It didn't show the steps clearly in several cases. Which side the engraved side was usually easy enough to figure out, but the main connection for the saucer to the other part of the ship wasn't clear. I thought I finally figured it out only to realize I put it on wrong and I had to disassemble parts and didn't trust a couple joints so wasn't able to correct it like I should. The resulting ship has loose joints and the balance is off resulting in it not being able to stand. I might have another go at correcting, but I'm quite sure a tab or two will break. I was disappointed. The Delorean was great but definitely requires patience
