I hate how much I love it
Quite expensive for such small bottles so I was hoping they would be just okay, so I wouldn't be tempted to buy them again. Nope, best shampoo and conditioner I've ever used. I can go a lot longer between washes, I only have to shampoo once (which is wild for me - especially now that I go an extra two days or so between washes), a lot less hair comes out on my comb, my ponytail feels thicker, and it smells great. I used Prose for such a long time, but that has nothing on the Kevin Murphy shampoo and conditioner. I'll definitely be purchasing these again. If you're looking for a sign to get these, this is your sign.

Broken Seal Leak
As a second attempt to order this Kevin Murphy Shampoo/Conditioner combo pack, the shampoo was completely sealed but the conditioner had NO seal which leaked out on the packaging. Unfortunately in the first combo order, I only received the shampoo so I submitted a return using the reason missing parts (no other selection fit) and I was asked to return the unopened shampoo even though I just wanted the missing conditioner. Even though this order leaked conditioner, I didn't want to go thru hassle of returning again.

The product works, hair has not been falling out
I love this product. Smells so good and my hair has not been falling out . This product delivers . No hair in my brush after brushing it out . My hair is soft and stronger than it has been in years. Using such a small amount is all that is needed, making the shampoo and rinse last a long time. Love it.

Caused an allergic reaction.. Smells nice, though!
It wasn't immediate, but I realized after using Kevin Murphy for a while that an itchy rash had broke out on the back of my neck. I had it looked at and the doctor said it looked like an allergic reaction, and the only new thing I introduced myself to was this shampoo/ conditioner. I took a break from using it and switched to my old stuff, and when I switched back the itchy rash returned.I'm sure I'm a rare case, although it's weird, I have no other known allergies and never had this reaction from shampoo/ conditioner. And I've tried a lot of different shampoos! Still haven't found the right one. Shame.
