Great flavorings for my baking needs
We have tried a number of these flavorings. They are stonger than store bought ones, and seem to need to use a bit less than normal. The flavor has no weird taste or aftertaste. Great quality product.

Poor Cap Seal. Terrible Chemical Flavor.
Terrible cap seal. Soggy paper seal. Not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from, my extract was full of artificial flavors and chemicals. It had an awful flavor that RUINED energy recipe it was used in. Gave everything a chemical flavor. It was terrible. Wanted to use it to also make my own flavored coffee creamer. Nope. It was terrible.

Smells and tastes of booze
Has a high alcohol flavoring and not so much maple. I may have not used it for the intended use, I made maple frosting for donuts. May be better actually baked into something to take the alcohol.

Fantastic taste!
I've purchased many extracts and have experienced everything from "Good grief, did I just eat a liquefied dryer sheet?" to "Wow! I never need to buy flavored teas again!" This stuff is amazing! With a 1-carb batter (separated & whipped eggs, cheese, stevia and maple extract), I don't need ANY syrup. I've been using a sugar-free syrup for a long while, but have been very limited. I'm allergic to aspartame, and I hate the negative gastro- side effects of sorbitol and maltitol. This totally solves my problem! Also, I can whip some heavy cream, add some stevia and only 3 drops of this maple extract, and have the most decadent mousse, which I can use on top of the pancakes or in my coffee. I'm totally hooked.There's only one tiny negative: It needs to come with a dropper. And, since it doesn't, would someone please tell me what size cap it has so I can buy a separate dropper?
