This is a great product to have on hand. I can sit in my recliner and use it or just stand and it works on so many parts of my body. The quality is excellent also. I love the colors and would highly recommend it for a gift as well.

Excellent resistance bands! The material is high quality, durable, and feels comfortable to the touch. I really like that they are latex-free and come with three resistance levels. They don’t roll up during workouts. Great value for the price. I recommend them!

These resistance bands do exactly what they are supposed to, give resistance for exercising &/or rehabilitation. Wish I could give a 4.5 since they are nice & I am satisfied with the purchase except for the 1 single (not exactly a complaint) issue I have is that the "Extra Heavy" isn't as 'extra' as you would want. I ordered a set of these while in a rehabilitation center so I could continue therapy on my severely fractured femur during the the hours the therapy department wasn't working or if too busy. The heaviest one of these isnt much more than a little difference with the middle band in the set & even the therapists were wondering why it was called 'extra because it just didn't hold up to the rep. The bands themselves are nice & don't have the rubberized chemical type smell some have I've experienced & they don't have a slimy or oily feel like some others do. They are actually nice other than that whole 'extra' situation. I would buy these again if I needed another set so I encourage you to give them a try if you need resistance bands.

These bands work great for Seniors.

Easy to use at home, saves money because excercise classes are expensive.

Great for stretching, to get the plantar fasciitis under control! I try to stretch at least three times a day

Nice bands, good value.

These worked well initially. But I'm now 1 year out from when I purchased them and they've started to break. Important to note, I've only used them a handful of times in the past year. Now, when I pull on them, they just snap apart. For the price, I'm content with having got a year out of them, but they definitely aren't a high quality product.
