Cambro RFS6PP190 Camwear 6-Quart Round Food Storage Container with Lid

Use this for my sourdough hobby and works great the size is amazing as I can make more than 1 loaf at a time and it is good quality as well. Very versatile as well an be used for more than one thing and the lid is an amazing bonus very durable! This is the second one I’ve purchased and will again.

Bought a set of these to store dog food. I leave the big bags in the garage and use these to store food inside the house and one to stay in our evacuation "go bag" for a quick exit in case of fire. They are a good size to hold a at least of week's worth of dog food, while being small enough to fit into a reusable shopping bag. Perfect for my needs.

I have not used it yet. Bought it for sourdough. Nice quality, see through, has markings and lid! Less $$ than popular brand. I would buy again if needed.

Better than using a bowl to do a slow bread dough fermentation since it isn't flared and doesn't take up as much spacein fridge. It's easier to monitor how much the dough has risen because there are measurements on the side. It can also be used for brining and marinades. I'm using these for foods that will be cooked and different containers for storage to avoid contamination.

Bought this because I am getting into sourdough a lot recently. It is a great size for 2-3 loaves of bread, but not more than about 3000g of dough MAX. If using for flour, it works well to hold a whole 5lb bag with ease, might even fit 7lbs altogether. Fits in a fridge just fine, like a really tall bowl. Clean-up is easy, and flexible bench scrapers work really well with it. Can be used for so many things, honestly.

Took awhile to get. Holds flour. Seals well. Good size

As a new sourdough baker I couldn't figure out why my bread was a bit moist. Going back to Youtube and finding channels to address the problem resulted in my purchase of the Cambro 6-qt round food storage container with lid. I was under proofing my bread because the bowls I used for bulk proofing were concave and difficult to judge how much my dough had risen. This Cambro container solved the problem by allowing me to see the level of the dough after placing in the container as well as how far it had risen after 8-10 hours. A game changer because now my bread is turning out great. The lid is placed on the container during the bulk proofing and fits well. I make two loaves at a time so the 6 qt size was right for me. Easy to clean, too.

Great for storage, but I bought them to put bread dough in while it rises, excellent for that as well as storage.

Have not used item yet. However it looks perfect for sour bread to know when doubled in size without thinking about it,

The dough mixing bucket is exactly how it was described to be and is much easier to clean than a glass mixing bowl of the same size the one current down side is that the supplier for it is using UPS for most of their operations and unfortunately as of late outside of the US market they are not the best option to ship something internationally as they have been forced to sell off most of their international operations due to financial and political difficulties in a large portion of important international markets making it difficult for them in particular to acquire the necessary licenses to ship directly into and out of the US at a reasonable price in most of the international markets as such they have had to use third party shipping companies in those markets to make up for the shortfall and some of those companies are slow to say the least but, they get the job done for a responsible price even if they sometimes under estimate just how long it takes to get the paperwork in order to get the package threw customs and into the drivers and eventually the customers hands they get the package there no matter what.

Product had good reviews. Bought specifically because it came with a lid. Showed up without a lid and I need to ship it back and reorder, which will probably take another 3-4 weeks. Container itself seemed good quality.

Poor quality! Cracked when washing it before I even used it.
