... all over the place so I will do my best to describe the fit for people who are sized ...
Ok its always frustrating when you are purchasing something and peoples comments about size are all over the place so I will do my best to describe the fit for people who are sized similar to me.Before pregnancy I was wearing a 1X (14-16), maybe a 2X in smaller type clothing but for the most part, a 1x was usually good for me...if I wanted a looser fit, a 2X worked just as good. Now that I am 7 months pregnant, I haven't gained much weight and purchasing maternity clothes still in my regular size of a 1X. Tried the gown on and I am so glad that I ordered the XXL because a size smaller would not be comfortable especially when trying to deliver a baby. This gives me just enough room to be comfortable. I read someones comment that the XXL is so big that it can fit someone who wears a size 22, not sure why they would say that because again, I am never over a size 14-16 and the sizing for the XXL gown is not super big on me. So for the ladies who are similar in size, my suggestion would be to go with the XXL. Hope this is helpful. :-)

Look and feel fabulous!
Omg I loved this, and received so many compliments I looked and felt fabulous which for a 38 week pregnant lady is a large feat. Definitely worth the money

Great purchase - worth it for a comfy hospital stay
I love the pink and gray pattern on this set, but it took a lot of thinking before I decided to buy it. It isn't terribly expensive, but I knew it might be ruined during labor..... my OB told me as much as soon as she saw it. However..... the gown provided by the hospital didn't completely cover my rear end which meant walking the halls during labor would be impossible (or at least very em-bare-assing LOL). I'm glad I bought it, and it wasn't ruined at all.... but even if it had been, I would have been thankful for the comfort of having my own stuff from home. The pillow cover is an easy way to differentiate your pillow from the hospital's so it doesn't get left behind, and I got a LOT of compliments on my matching attire in labor. LOL! Also, it has snaps all the way up the back, so when I got my epidural which is an IV at my hospital, it was easy to unsnap the portion needed to do the procedure and then snap up the area except where the line went in after it was inserted. It's long enough to be modest and roomy enough that you don't feel constricted at all without looking like you're wearing a tent. The snaps at the shoulders make it SO easy to do skin-to-skin with baby and breastfeed which is a HUGE necessity. So much easier than tying and untying a hospital gown. This gown and pillowcase set is a great way to treat yourself during an arduous and painful experience, and provided you are able to keep it for use after labor, it is a wonderful nightgown. It will look great in all the baby photos, too!

Wife is happy!
My wife is very happy with this gown and pillow case set! She is excited not to have to give birth in something that who knows what may have gone down in. I wanted to make her feel stylish and more lady like than the one the old man is wearing we may have walked by in the hospital that would have cracked the always awful joke of, "Looks like great minds think alike!" As he shows he is also wearing an equally hideous of a gown. Not today old man. Not today.

Poor quality control but great gown if you can get a good one!
What an ordeal! Had some serious quality control issues but I was determined and finally got a good one! The FOURTH one I ordered in XXL (and the fifth overall) was good... So allow plenty of time before your due date for exchanges.I am a pre-pregnancy size 12 and ordered a L/XL and XXL for comparison. The L/XL had a foul chemical smell and, without stretch, I wasn’t sure if there would be enough room for my belly to continue growing. The XXL was great. Very roomy which is perfect for my belly to grow into and it will allow for more airflow (I get really hot!). It didn’t have the smell that the other one had but was also lighter in color, the white part was a little yellowed, and there were markings that looked like it had possibly been used. The replacement I ordered is about 2” narrower than the same size on either side! The difference between the L/XL and the XXL (1/2” on either side) was less than the difference between the same size. The third one I got had a large crusty powdery stain on it. I finally called Baby Be Mine and they said they’d ship out a replacement gown and return label but never did... so I ordered again through Amazon and FINALLY got a good one.The fabric of this is great (not super soft and stretchy but not not stiff and scratchy either) and I love the print. Looking forward to wearing for L&D :)

Perfect for labor
When I first checked into the hospital I put on their gown. It was huge and kept falling off my shoulders. Once I found out I was being admitted I changed into this and I was so much more comfortable. I labored and delivered in this gown and it barely got dirty. Nurses and Doctors all commented on it and I was so happy I purchased it. A lot of reviews say to wait to wear it until recovery so as not to get it dirty. That's ridiculous! Wear it, don't worry about anything happening to it. It's cute and comfortable and will make you feel good.

Nice, but order up a size.
I liked this gown to do skin to skin with my son when he was born. However, maybe I was bigger than I thought I would be after delivery because I usually wear a large, so that's what I ordered, but it fit kind of snug. I actually ripped one of the shoulders when I was trying to button it back up because it didn't come as far up as I thought. I'd order it again, but just go up a size to make sure you have enough room. Btw, I received a lot of compliments on this gown and matching pillow case. Made this new, tired Mom feel really good!

Cute outfit for the hospital.
Bright nice colors for gownie and cover. Cute packaging. I Washed them right away when received and bck from hospital, fabric stayed intact, but wrinkled. I ironed them. It s also a bit stiff, would have prefered it to be a bit more comfortable. Stayed in gownie 2 days at hospital though and it did the job, while looking reallyCute in it. Pink really brightened the mood in the room. Overall great purchase for the price. Im 5'6, and was 160 right after delivery I was happy with the XL. Best of luck to all the mommies to be👏
