These things are way too expensive, but work well.

While I am satisfied with the 7 gallon container and the mount, my disappointment is that the description & photos shows two mounts and the purchase only contains one. Because I am headed on a cross country trip this week, this misleading information renders this jug and mount completely useless to me. If I had time I would simply add another mount but because I do not have time to wait, these items are being returned. If one mount will suffice, put that in the description and photographs...not 2 mounts. If two mounts are needed, add a second to the package and double the price if you must. At least your customers will get what they need.Overall, the mount and jug are worth the price, at first glance. The misleading and/or lack of QA in the description and pics makes me question the overall product quality.

Having smaller rotopacks I love to concept. These fit the bill for carrying more fuel a cheaper price. A handle on the opposite end would be helpful but not a make or break in my opinion. I carry 2 of these and a smaller rotopack in my truck on trips and when I find cheaper gas. A+!!! They drain quickly so they weight disappears quickly. A nozzle that is a couple inches longer would be nice as well due to trying to empty ever bit of fuel out again not a deal breaker. They don't seam to swale as much as the rotopack and they dont spray fuel when venting.

I bought this to use for a road trip that I took through Canada. Filled it and strapped it to the roof of my car and it was perfect for the trip. It’s easy to use because of the funnel attachment on the nozzle. Its also very well made and durable, plus it fit perfectly in the roof rack on top of my 4Runner. Definitely worth the money.

The threaded rod is too short. It doesn’t reach through the 7.9 gallon jug. Even though that’s what the description says it’s for.

I had to cut it off because the bolt that screws on was seized on the nut in the middle. When you would try and twist off (right tighty, lefty loosely) it just stripped out the nut that's incased in the plastic inside. So I had no choice but to cut this thing apart to get it off. I am lucky I didn't damage my rotopax. Will NEVER buy again. Garbage material, garbage quality.... I obviously cannot return it because it's in peices now....

As a Overlander worked great for six or seven months and then the Sun basically made it soft and got some holes.

I’ve been eyeing these for some time. When I travel with my RV, I always carry extra fuel. I want to purchase fuel when I prefer rather than be victimized by high prices out of necessity. Currently, I’ve been carrying five, 5 gallon containers. These containers allow me to downsize to 3 containers. I carry less fuel on 3 containers but these are easier to store and refuel from.
