I have seen this water heater in some corporate company. Later on I searched for detailed on internet and come to know about the features and quality. I first purchased this product locally around 10 years ago and the device work with out any problem for a family of four members. Around year ago due to the relay and heating element problem device stopped working which was casting around 1700 INR. I haven't repaired it. However I have purchased same model of new record heater. I would suggest this heater consider two major features. 1. Three liters of water use to get heated quick (around 2 min). 2. No doubt quality of this device is good.

After reading many negative reviews, i still bought this gyser as i trust the brand. In my home, we use another gyser of this same brand purchased locally a long time back and it is still working. It has seen atleast 5-6 winters. Coming to this gyser, I bought the 3L, 4.5kW one. It is an instant gyser. I have seen people writing reviews that it doesn't give much water, which is not the purpose of it. You need to understand the difference of instant and storage type gyser. The tap need to be open at a medium to slow rate such that water flows of it slowly into the bucket. For me it takes 3-4 min to completely fill my 20 litre bucket sufficient for bathing or washing clothes. If you need more water at a time, then go for the reservoir type gyser. I woukd definitely recommend this to any one who need an instant gyser.

Go through my review once before buying this water heater Using this heater since a month now. This 3 liters 4.5 kW heater is suitable for kitchen and bathroom. I won't recommend it if you are going to bath with a shower as it requires higher capacity heater. Generally water gets heated within 3-4 minutes. [ Time may vary with temp of water ] Red light turns off after water is heated. DESIGN : Design looks good enough. According to Racold, it's Italian design but I didn't find anything special. INSTALLATION : Installation isn't free from Racold. I got it installed from local electrician. It costed me a lot as electric socket wasn't there in our bathroom. 2.5 square mm dedicated cable is recommended for safety concerns. ENERGY EFFICIENCY : There is no energy efficiency star rating for this product. DURABILITY : Can't comment on durability and after service as I have used it only for a month. FINAL VERDICT : This water heater is just good enough for moderate usage. It's good for the price I paid. Overall it's good products

I am using this geyser 3 Litres 4.5Kw one, for about 2 months now. for a family of 5 it is a very nice and speedy geyser. Water gets nicely heated even when the tap is at medium speed. You do not have to keep the tap running at very slow rate, hence faster baths! Not much difference in electricity bill though as I had racold geyser itself earlier. I trust this brand.
